
Dr. Krishna Raj Sarbahari, Ph.D. in Nepali Literature from Nepal Sanskrit University, is a prominent writer and researcher specializing in Tharu language and literature. He has authored 32 works spanning novels, poetry, stories, satire, and travel memoirs in both Tharu and Nepali. Serving as the central president of the Tharu Writers’ Association Nepal for a decade, he has organized national conferences on Tharu literature. He has also contributed to education by developing curricula and textbooks for Tharu language (grades 1–5). Honored with awards like Lumbini Ratna, he continues his literary and investigative journalism from Kirtipur, Kathmandu.
