Kalinga Littles Festival is solely devoted to budding little creative minds. This festival takes place amidst the annual event i.e, Kalinga Literary Festival. Children from various schools participate in creative competitions like drawing and painting, dance, seedball making, crafting, singing, prose writing, poetry recitation and many more. They are felicitated with certificates.
