Mr. Kamala Kanta Dash is a Founder Member of Kalinga Literary Festival (KLF) and brings his interdisciplinary dynamism to this prestigious international literary platform. Mr. Dash has- more than 22+ years of experience in industry, academia and the government. He has studied and worked in Odisha, New Delhi and Melbourne (Australia) for his higher education in political science, philosophy, international relations, public policy and management. He brings in his training in social sciences, management and philosophy to literature to shape our discussions at KLF.
