Abinash Bhattarai is a Nepali poet from Siraha District. An MA in English from Tribhuvan University, he is associated with Alag Abhiyan, a literary and cultural campaign. He has been the winner of National Poetry Competition-2080 organized by Gandaki Bangmaya Pratishthan (Damauli, Tanahu); National Poetry Competition-2081 (Rolpa); National Poetry Competition-2082 (Tarahara, Sunsari); and National Poetry Competition-2082 (Nepal Academy). His “Alag Kavita-1” (a collaborative anthology of poetry 2072) and “Utkrista Kathaharu-2077” (a collaborative collection of stories) have already been published. He basically writes poetry and short stories.
